My work is not about fixing you.

Neurodivergent people rarely struggle because of a lack of ability.
They struggle because no one has taken the time to truly
understand how their brain works or to build systems that support it.
That is the work we do together.

I’ve been where you are.
I’ve also built my way out.

I’m Iris Walshe, an AuDHD equestrian athlete, coach, competitor and business owner. For thirty years I have competed at the highest levels of showjumping, eventing and dressage. For twenty-five years I have coached high-performance riders, neurotypical and neurodivergent, not by telling them what to do, but by helping them understand how they work best.

My brain carries both ADHD and autism traits. That combination is not a contradiction, it is my greatest professional asset. It means I can hold the big picture and the fine detail simultaneously. I see patterns where others see chaos. I spot connections between systems, people and goals that most people miss entirely.

My work is collaborative at its core. I don’t arrive with a template or a set of instructions. Instead, we start with a genuine discovery of your brain: how you think, what drives you, what your values are, where your strengths live, and what you actually need. Everything we build together comes from that foundation.

I work backwards. I start with your end goal and we build a bespoke, structured path back to where you are right now, in manageable chunks, grounded in your values, and flexible enough to pivot when life throws the unexpected at you. The goal may evolve. The structure will hold.

Depending on where you are and what you need, I work as your coach, your consultant, your mentor, or simply your thinking partner. My role is to support you, not to direct you. You are the expert on your own life. I am here to help you access that expertise and use it.

What I know, in sport and in business, is this: neurodivergent people rarely struggle because of a lack of talent or ability. They struggle because no one has ever built them the right structure, or taken the time to truly understand how their brain works. That is exactly what we do together.

How we work together

This is not prescriptive coaching.
Itโ€™s collaborative, adaptive, and built around you.

Discovery first

We understand how your mind works โ€” your strengths, values and needs.

Built from your strengths

We donโ€™t fix weaknesses. We build on what already works.

Structure that holds

We create systems that support consistency โ€” without rigidity.

Flexible, not fragile

Your structure adapts when life changes. It doesnโ€™t collapse.

WHO I WORK WITH

You are high-performing.
You are also exhausted by the gap
between what you can do and what gets done.

My clients are not people who lack drive, intelligence or ambition. They are people whose extraordinary minds have outpaced the systems or the absence of systems, around them. If any of this sounds familiar, you are in the right place.

Responsibility Expansion

You’ve grown your role, your business or your sport โ€” but the weight of more responsibility without more structure is starting to cost you. You need a framework that scales with you.

Organisation & Planning

You can see exactly where you want to go, but the path between here and there is a tangle. Getting started, staying consistent and finishing what you start feels like constant friction.

Boundaries

You say yes when you mean no. You take on more because it feels easier than disappointing people. Your energy is finite and it’s running in the wrong direction.

Making & Meeting Goals

You set goals with real intention โ€” and then they quietly disappear. Not from laziness, but because no one helped you build the architecture underneath them.

Imposter Syndrome

You have achieved so much and still feel like you’re one conversation away from being found out. The internal voice is loudest exactly when you need your confidence most.

Emotional Regulation

In high-pressure moments โ€” competition, a big presentation, a difficult conversation โ€” your emotions arrive fast and loud. You need strategies that work with your nervous system, not against it.

Executive Function

Initiating tasks, managing time, switching focus, remembering what matters โ€” these are not failures of willpower. They are the daily realities of an ADHD or AuDHD brain that deserves proper support.

Performance Under Pressure

The moment you get selected. The night before you present. The second you’re asked to lead. For the ADHD and AuDHD brain, pressure doesn’t start at the starting line โ€” it starts the moment the stakes become real. We don’t manage that. We use it.

Thriving, Not Just Coping

Managing gets you through the day. It doesn’t get you to where you’re capable of going. You want a career, a sport, a life where your brain is your greatest advantage. So do we. Let’s build it.
