THE FIRST STEP · NO OBLIGATION · NO PRESSURE

Let’s start with
a conversation.

The discovery call is not a sales pitch and it is not an assessment. It is a chance for both of us to get a real sense of each other who you are, what you’re navigating, and whether working together feels like the right fit.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A genuine conversation.
Not a sales call dressed up as one.

Too many discovery calls are really just soft sells with a friendly face. This one is different. I am genuinely curious about you, what you’re working through, what you’ve already tried, and what kind of support would actually help. And I want you to feel just as free to ask questions about me and how I work.

At the end of the call, we both decide whether to take the next step. There is no pressure, no countdown timer, and no awkward close. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll tell you honestly and where I can, I’ll point you somewhere more useful.

This call is not

  • A pitch or a sales presentation
  • A coaching session (we won’t solve anything today)
  • An assessment or evaluation of you
  • An obligation to continue
  • A chance for me to tell you what to do
  • Rushed, scripted or one-size-fits-all

This call is

  • A genuine, unhurried conversation
  • A chance for you to ask me anything
  • A space to share what’s going on for you
  • An opportunity to explore what working together could look like
  • Completely free of charge and pressure
  • The beginning of a collaborative relationship — if it feels right

THE FIRST STEP · NO OBLIGATION · NO PRESSURE

Thirty minutes. Four natural moments.

Every call is different because every person is different. But broadly, here is how our conversation tends to move.

1.
We start with you

I’ll invite you to share what’s going on — in your own words, in your own time. What brought you here? What are you finding difficult? What have you already tried? There are no wrong answers and no particular format to follow. I’m genuinely listening, not running through a checklist.

2.
I’ll share how I work

I’ll tell you a little about my approach — the collaborative, discovery-led way I work, the role of strengths and values, how I adapt between coaching, consulting, mentoring and support depending on what’s needed. You’ll get a real sense of what working together would actually feel like.

3.
You ask me anything

This part matters. I want you to leave the call with a clear picture — of who I am, how I work, what my experience is, and whether my way of working makes sense for where you are. No question is too basic or too specific. Ask whatever you need to ask.

4.
We decide together what makes sense

If it feels like a good fit for both of us, I’ll share what working together could look like — the right offer, the format, the next step. If it doesn’t feel right, I’ll say so and I’ll do my best to point you in a more useful direction. Either way, you leave with clarity.

IS THIS CALL FOR YOU?

You might be in the right place if…

You’re a high-performer who’s exhausted

You are talented, driven and capable — and you are tired of carrying all of that without a structure that actually supports you. You want something bespoke, not another generic productivity system.

You have ADHD or AuDHD

Whether formally diagnosed or self-identifying, you are someone whose brain works differently — and you are ready to stop fighting that and start building with it. Strengths-based, not deficit-focused.

You’re an equestrian athlete or competitor

Showjumping, eventing, dressage — any level, any age. You want support from someone who has lived the sport, understands the mental demands, and gets the unique world of partnering with a horse.

You’re a high-performing professional or leader

Your role has grown and the weight of it is growing too. You want to lead, deliver and expand without losing yourself in the process — and you need a thinking partner who gets it.

You’re a woman running your own business

You have the vision, the skills and the ambition. You need the systems, the structure and the support that fit how your brain works — not how a neurotypical business coach thinks it should.

You’re not sure yet — and that’s fine

You don’t need to have it all worked out before you get on the call. Many people book because something resonated and they want to explore. That is exactly what this call is for.

YOU DON’T NEED TO PREPARE — BUT IF IT HELPS

Some people arrive with questions like these.

You don’t need an agenda, a problem statement or a list of goals to bring to this call. Come as you are. But if it helps to know what kinds of things come up, here are some of the questions and themes people often arrive with.

“I know what I want but I can’t seem to get there — and I don’t know why.”

“My life looks successful from the outside but internally I’m running on empty.”

“I’ve just been diagnosed with ADHD and I don’t know what to do with that information.”

“I’ve tried other coaches and systems and nothing has stuck. Is this different?”

“My riding is inconsistent and I think it’s mental, not physical. I need help.”

“I keep saying yes to everything and I’m heading for burnout. I need boundaries but I don’t know how.”

“I feel like a fraud even though I’ve achieved a lot. I can’t shake it.”

“I’m growing my business but the more it grows, the more chaotic it feels. Help.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions people often ask
before they book.

No. I work with people who are formally diagnosed, people who are in the process of being assessed, and people who self-identify with ADHD or AuDHD traits. A diagnosis is not a requirement — your experience of yourself is enough to start.

Not at all — that’s part of what the discovery call is for. We’ll talk about where you are and what you need, and by the end you’ll have a clear sense of what kind of support makes the most sense. You don’t need to decide in advance.
That’s a really fair question and I’d rather you asked it here than wondered. My approach is genuinely collaborative and discovery-led — we start with how your specific brain works, your values and your strengths, rather than applying a general framework on top of you. That said, I’d want to understand what you tried before and what didn’t work, so we can make sure this is actually different — not just in theory.
Yes — and actually, this is one of the areas where my experience is quite specific. Many of my clients navigate both sport and business simultaneously. The patterns, strengths and challenges often overlap in really useful ways and I’m very comfortable holding both.
That depends on what we discover together. Some people work with me through regular 1:1 sessions, others through focused packages, and others through a more intensive approach. We’ll discuss what fits your situation, your goals and your schedule once we’ve had a chance to talk.
Primarily online — which means I can work with clients anywhere in the world. For equestrian coaching where in-person support would be beneficial, please mention this when we speak and we can explore what’s possible.
That’s completely understandable, especially for neurodivergent brains where anticipation can be its own challenge. If you need to reschedule or postpone, just let me know. If you’re nervous before the call, you can drop me a message beforehand and I’ll do my best to put you at ease before we even start.
