Led by Iris Walshe — an AuDHD coach with over 25 years of experience working with high performers across elite sport and business. Iris has run her own business for 25 years and brings lived AuDHD experience, real-world leadership insight and a coaching approach that is genuinely built around the individual. This is not a generic executive coaching programme. It is collaborative, bespoke and grounded in deep experience of how neurodivergent minds operate at the highest levels.
